Handle end-to-end procurement of engineering goods, materials, and services for ongoing and upcoming projects.

· Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors. Maintain healthy relationships and negotiate favorable terms.

· Cost Negotiation:
Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-efficiency.

· Purchase Order Management:

· Material Follow-Up:
Track and expedite deliveries to meet project schedules. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Ensure successful commissioning and handover of projects.
  • Conduct project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and documentation.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems) - Preferred
  • Familiarity with contracts such as FIDIC, EPC, and turnkey models - Preferred
  • Understanding of safety regulations, QA/QC, statutory compliances - Required
