• Coordinate with design, procurement,
  construction, and commissioning teams.


• Establish project timelines and ensure
  all phases progress according to schedule.

Team
Management

• Lead engineers, site managers, and subcontractors
  to ensure effective execution.


• Provide mentorship and training to
  project teams; resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.


• Monitor team performance and ensure
  adherence to best practices and standards.

Financial
Management

• Control project budgets and approve
  cost estimations, variations, and procurement.


• Track financial KPIs (cost, revenue,
  profit margins) and implement corrective measures as needed.


• Coordinate with finance and accounts
  teams for billing, cash flow, and cost analysis.

Stakeholder
& Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for
  clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.


• Provide regular project updates to
  senior management and clients through reports and meetings.


• Manage stakeholder expectations and
  ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk
& Compliance Management

• Identify project risks and develop
  mitigation plans.


• Ensure compliance with all legal,
  safety, and environmental regulations.


• Implement project governance frameworks
  and quality assurance protocols.

Project
Closure & Handover

• Ensure successful commissioning and
  handover of projects.


• Conduct project reviews, lessons
  learned sessions, and documentation.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met and project archives are maintained.
