Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
• Act as a point of contact for client communications, proposals, and negotiations.
• Coordinate and schedule high-profile meetings, client visits, and presentations.
Market & Business Development
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new tenders, particularly in the distillery and renewable energy sectors.
• Generate and pursue new business opportunities at domestic and international levels.
• Conduct site visits and technical audits to assess client needs and build customized solutions.
Executive Support & Representation
• Represent the CMD in market interactions, forums, conferences, and public engagements.
• Maintain and enhance the personal brand of the CMD and uphold the company’s image in the market.
• Facilitate CMD’s meetings, strategic planning, and follow-up actions.
Branding & Communication
• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional material (print and digital).
• Manage social media platforms and digital presence of the company for branding and engagement.
• Prepare and deliver impactful corporate presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Operations & Coordination
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, enquiries, proposals, and visit reports.
• Ensure effective coordination between internal departments and external clients.
• Build and sustain market rapport through prompt responses, reliability, and professionalism.

Preferred Attributes:
• Exposure to the distillery, renewable energy, or industrial engineering sectors.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Professional presence with the ability to represent senior leadership.
• Proven experience in managing corporate relationships and business development.
• Willingness to travel extensively (both domestic and international).
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
